Which session did you experience?
I experienced the third session (integration session = line session) of the Post 10 three-session series online.
The first and second sessions were done face-to-face with the practitioner, but then the COVID-19 pandemic occurred, so we changed it to a self-hands-on session that could be done at home.
In fact, not only did I avoid the stress of going out, but I was able to have a relaxing experience both mentally and physically.
Tell about your hands-on experience
I had experienced online lessons before, so I knew that my posture and movements would be accurately observed even through the monitor. However, the self-hands-on experience was even better than I had imagined, as it involved actively engaging with my own body rather than passively.
Guided by the practitioner's instructions, I first explored the sensations of my breathing and different parts of my body.
After that, I had several experiences where I would move one part of my body and feel changes in other parts of my body in response.
At one point, I felt as if the density of the left and right sides of my body was becoming even after going from an unbalanced state...and I had a psychological realization.
After the session, I realized that my body was connected to certain events and thoughts.
The practitioner told me to "wait for my hands and body to feel" and "not necessary to look for pain from the past, and don't pressure yourself from ideals for the future."
These kinds of comments were also a good opportunity for change.
"Being able to influence my body through my own hands" gave me confidence.
I am really looking forward to the process of "not creating new sensations, but rather observing what naturally occurs."
