I came for the first 3 session soon after my back injury

At the beginning of the year, I accidentally bent over and my back spasm recurred.

Shortly afterwards, I went to a local SHIATSU clinic, but the pain did not improve, then, I remembered Rolfing, which I had heard about from my friend several years ago.

When I opened the we site, I saw a notice that said, "Would you like to try three superficial sessions?" so I inquired about making a reservation.

The night after the 1st session, I had symptoms similar to muscle pain.

It's strange to me because there was no rough, grinding or violent movement during the session.

Shiho listened to what my body was telling me,

"Yes, yes, that's right! This is actually the best direction," She seemed to communicate with my body.

She helped me resolve my concerns about muscles, tendons, and hardened areas.

That's the image I had of the Rolfing treatment.

And I was told that "Rolfing is not a treatment that focuses on symptoms."

After three sessions over a week, I noticed house vacuuming movements were no longer painful on my back.

Now I'm interested in deeper sessions from the 4th session onwards.
